1) RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER / SALES CONSULTANT

    Experience:

  • Residential construction experience in custom homes, additions and renovations.
  • Experience in construction sales and business development. 
  • Estimating and bidding knowledge a must. Knowledge of construction process and have worked in this field.
  • Knowledge of current building codes.
  • Knowledge of construction standards.
  • Construction sales for renovations, remodels and custom homes.

    Responsibilities:

  • Meet with potential clients, build relationship with client, offer design/build services, assist in design to meet clients needs, provide scope of work, budgets and contract.
  • Meet with client to present final contract and design.
  • Estimating projects from plans and contract documents.
  • Over see multiple construction projects from start to finish.
  • Provide budgets, schedules, procedures and subcontractor work scope.
  • Provide accounting updates, billings and approve invoices.
  • Create the necessary subcontractor teams to perform projects.
  • Develop relationships with new clients and subcontractors.
  • Strong focus on quality

  • Assisting Supervisor in project production

4) COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    Experience:

  • Commercial construction experience in tenant build outs, remodels, restaurant, medical facilities, government contracts and new construction.
  • Commercial estimating and bidding knowledge a must. Government contract knowledge a must. Knowledge of construction process and have worked in this field for a general contractor.
  • Knowledge of current building codes.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.

    Responsibilities:

5) CAD DESIGNER 

    Tom Trout Inc. is looking for a full time Residential Architectural Designer to join our team.

     Successful Candidates must have the following:

  • Residential construction experience in renovations and new construction.
  • Strong knowledge of residential design and building construction.
  • Commercial design a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of remodeling/renovations and new home construction terminology.
  • Have great customer relations, communication and service skills.
  • Work closely with Client and Project Management team from conceptual design ides to final design keeping designs within Clients budget.
  • Generate a complete and accurate set of Residential Architectural working drawings including Roof plans and Elevations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current state and local building codes.
  • A two year degree in Architectural Design or related field is preferred, but actual work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD programs, 3D design, Adobe and Microsoft applications.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
