Client Satisfaction ...Spanning Five Decades
Over 90% of our sales come from former clientsand direct referrals. In many
cases we have completed multiple projects for a client – often on the same
house. Since the company began in 1962, we have received a steady stream of
letters from clients expressing their appreciation and satisfaction with our
work. Presented below are some representative samples of what our clients had to
say:
1960's
“Despite the many problems of working in a sixty-year old
structure, you and your crew certainly performed to the highest degree of
satisfaction, and we have already received many compliments on this project.”
………Roger Stake, 1967
“My husband and I highly recommend Mr. Trout for careful
planning, attention to detail and the beautifully finished work.”
……..Dorothy LeBlanc, 1969
1970's
Section of a letter
written to the Jacksonville Better Business Bureau:
“More often than not, I am sure you receive complaints from
dissatisfied persons who have had unfortunate relationships with various
corporations.This letter is written
to state just the opposite.I feel
credit should be given when credit’s due. The corporation of which I am speaking
is Tom Trout, Contractor. My husband and I recently had an addition made to our
home.We had seen samples of Mr.
Trout’s work and heard of his fine reputation; fortunately we chose Mr. Trout to
do our work.”
……….Nancy B. Hand, 1971
Section of a letter
to the Director of Consumer Affairs, City of
Jacksonville:
“Last year my family and I made the decision to remodel and
enlarge our existing home rather than purchase a new one. After discussing our plans with several building contractors and
obtaining estimates we subsequently engaged Tom Trout, Inc. to do the work. Our building project has since been completed and this letter is to
document our satisfaction with the entire undertaking.…In short we are thoroughly pleased with the project at our home and this
is intended as a complement to each of the twenty men that worked on the job.”
James E. Schang, 1978
1980's
“Just a note to let
every one know how very pleased we are with a job well done…..”We not only love all that was done to the house, we loved doing it. It
was a real pleasure to work with so many professionals.”
……….Jill and Bob Flynt, 1988
“As I said before, you must choose your subcontractors for
the pleasant personalities they have.Every one of them was so friendly and helpful.”
………Barbara Stevens, 1989
1990's
“Both my wife and I want to thank you for a job well done
on our recent home addition.Your
standards have remained high.This
was our second addition by you since our move to
Jacksonville
approximately ten years ago.We have
informed all our friends how pleased we are with the quality of your work.”
………Dr. Gary A. Decker, 1990
“From all the horror stories I’ve heard about remodeling,
it is apparently rare for anyone at the conclusion to say “that was fun,” but I
most certainly can!”
…….Carole Watson, 1992
2000's
“What a class act you are!! I am thrilled with my room
addition. Everybody that worked on it was great. I’ve received rave reviews from
the neighborhood.The workmen were
not only talented, but congenial as well.”
………Sandy Nicely, 2005
“This is the third job that you all have done for me over
the years. The jobs are handled in fine, efficient and prompt ways.Once again thank you for your personal and professional job.”
