Whatever the project calls for -- from kitchen cabinets, to stone and tile work, to fixtures and fittings – we work in concert with our large network of trusted high-end suppliers. For each project, the right materials are selected, shipped and installed -- no matter how extensive the renovation work is. Assess and Design We like to think that we provide “livable luxury” in harmony with our clients’ lifestyle and individual taste.  At the beginning of each project, our team of project managers, designers, and supervisors work together to assess the client’s home, and then create a design plan that is both responsive to their personality and style, and to the unique requirements and challenges presented by their property. The Team Approach A dedicated Tom Trout team, comprised of a Project Manager, Supervisor and Superintendent, oversees all phases of design and construction, working with skilled craftsmen as specialty sub-contractors to create and install only the highest quality luxury materials, as dictated by the client-approved design plan. Proven Process As a remodeling specialist for over 45 years, we follow established and proven processes and methods to offer our clients complete in-house design services and custom construction. Because design and construction are developed under one roof, there is a single-source accountability which ensures that the project progresses in a timely fashion and within budget.
